Basically, in this quest we don’t exactly get to Dio, instead, we search for the others in the hope that they might know where Dio is. But this quest is one of the main quests in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. The main scenario will be the “Find Dio” under Chapter 12- A Golden Key. Talk to Vincent
At the start of this quest when you will enter the hotel next to the stairs near the clock you will find Vincent. He will tell you that Dio is not there.
Talk to Yuffie
After talking to Vincent go back to the main entrance of the hotel and on your right side, you will see Guide Moogle, through this machine You have to teleport yourself to Winderment Square. Where you will find Yuffie. Go and interact with her. She will be in the main hall playing a minigame.
Talk to Tifa
After talking to Yuffie, go back to the Guide Moogle and select “Skywheel Square”. After teleporting yourself to the desired location you will see Tifa right in front of you in the main entrance. Interact with her and she might have something to say.
Talk to Barret
After talking to Tifa head back to the machine and this time select the new location “Event Square” and you will find Barret there standing alone. Talk to him and see what he has to say.
Talk to Aertih
In the end after selecting “Battle Square” you will meet “Aerith”. While talking to her you will find a solid clue, where you can actually find Dio.
Here, this quest ends and a new one will start.
