[Fixed] The Finals Beta Kicked From the Server

The Finals, a new competitive FPS game from Embark Studios, is available in the Playtest Open Beta. While the game is going viral, peeking at 200 to 300k players in a day, the servers are getting overloaded, causing various issues like players not being able to find matches, and Login Failed Error 500.

But, one of the most frustrating issues players have been facing in The Finals Beta is getting Kicked From the Servers. Why does it happen? How to fix it? Let’s talk about the details below.

Why Am I Kicked From Server in The Finals?

The primary reason behind the Finals Beta Kicking Players Out is the Server Queue. Since the release of the Playtest Beta on Steam, it has had a ton of players overloading the server.

The Embark Studios also mentioned that due to the server overload, players are having issues starting the game. Therefore, they temporarily introduced a server queue to safeguard the servers, while they were expanding them.

But, that wasn’t enough, as players peeked 300k, which wasn’t at the time expected. They expanded the servers when the game was on 100k at most. Due to these server issues overloading issues, you have the issue of The Finals Kicked Out of Server.

  • Use an Ethernet to connect the internet to your system
  • Disable WiFi for others for the time being

Restart your Game By Force Closing the Steam

Head to the Task Manager and from there force close Steam Client. Then, restart your system. Login back to Steam and then retry. It will put you on a priority queue in the Server.
