Facebook has been introducing a lot of new features lately. A year ago, Facebook introduced the music feature that can be added to your Facebook profile. In 2020, Facebook added a feature “Music Videos” after partnering with Sony Music, Universal Music Group, and Warner Music Group.
Facebook also introduced “Reels” to compete with Tiktok. Moreover, we can now also add music to our Facebook stories. Some people like to express themselves through music instead of a bio. This is now possible on Facebook. You can pin a song that will be visible below your Facebook bio.
How To Add Music To Your Facebook Profile Bio?
Before proceeding, you should know that the music you will be pinning is public. Anyone that visits your profile can see the pinned music on your profile.
- Open your Facebook Application on your phone.
- Go to your profile.
- Scroll down and select the music tab.
- Click on the + icon to add music.
- Search for the music.
- You can add multiple songs to your list. However, you can pin only one.
- After selecting the song, click on the 3 dots and select pin to profile.
After this, the pinned music will appear below your Facebook profile bio and people can listen to it by just clicking the play icon on that music.
You can also replace the song later by following the same steps and just pinning another song. However, this feature is only available for mobile users. The feature is not available for Desktop users right now.
