Talk to Choiseul at New Fontaine Research Institute
The first step is to fast travel to Fontaine Research Institute. Check the image below for reference.
In the center, you will find Choiseul. Interact with him and choose the option “I am very good at providing moral support”, and get the job from him.
Travel to Statues of Seven Hydro and Defeat Meka
Here at the Statues of Seven Hydro Location, you will find malfunctioning meka. Defeat them one by one. After you defeat them, a dialogue will start with Iaune.
Travel to Academic Assembly Hall and Take Pictures
Fast travel to Academic Assembly Hall, and you will start another dialogue with Iaune.
Inside the Parameters, you will have to stand at specific spots, taking pictures. To do so, open your in-game menu, and choose the “Take Photo” option.
Go back and give the picture you took to Iaune. Open your inventory and select the picture from there.
Go to the Qualification Review Representative Office
Open your map and fast-travel to the Statues of the Seven Hydro. Take the stairs down, and you will find Desnos, who is the Fontaine Research Institute Qualification Review Director, the Representative Office.
After an interaction, Iaune and the Representative Office Person will talk with each other, completing The Letter Quest in Genshin Impact 4.1.
