To get the thermites, you will have to climb up to the roof. A helicopter will come, throwing those thermites to you, on the roof.
Pick them up, but when you run out of the thermites, there are going to be more on the way after a few seconds.

Get inside the building and use the stairs to get down each floor. On each floor, you will have positions marked like a square.
Throw the Thermites in these squares with your Q Key on the Keyboard.
Igniting the Thermites
Finally, you will have to ignite the thermites with the F key on your Keyboard. Press and hold the F key to fire the thermites.
