JJK 249 will officially be released on 4th February. However, just like every other chapter, this one was also leaked by none other than the leaker on Twitter Mya. Sukuna always had a plan to kill Gojo. Sukuna managed to swap bodies and took over Megumi.
Higuruma’s cursed technique was the last resort for Jujutsu Sorcerers and it was pre-planned in case Gojo failed against Sukuna then Higuruma will have to use his cursed technique confistication to deal with one of Sukuna’s cursed techniques. But he failed in this task since Sukuna had known every counter to their attacks. We saw Yuji use RCT in the previous chapter.
However, another warrior came to fight Sukuna, it was Yuta the second strongest in the Jujutsu-verse. He is a student of Gojo and is strong enough that he manages to kill Kenjaku.
In the recent chapter JJK 249, we saw Yuta using domain expansion and Sukuna got caught in his DE. Yuta manages to deal a lot of damage to Sukuna in his domain and has an infinite number of swords in his domain.
How Yuji Can Save Megumi in Jujutsu Kaisen
Yuta then decides to finish Sukuna in his domain and he realizes that Yuji’s punch was no ordinary punch. They decide that Yuji will deal the final blow to Sukuna. Yuji now possesses the power to damage and capture the souls. In his fight with Mahito, fans predicted that he possessed a somewhat similar ability.
Yuji can deal a blow hard enough to Sukuna that will separate Sukuna from Megumi’s body and this way Yuji can save Megumi. But can Yuji really deal a blow strong enough to do that? We will find that in the next chapter.

JJK 249 ended on a huge cliffhanger, Yuji is also joining the fight, meanwhile, we finally saw Yuta’s domain expansion and how strong he really is. Yuta is giving hard time to Sukuna. JJK 250 will be about Yuta and Yuji vs Sukuna.
