Change in-game Settings
Head over to the game settings and from there turn down the Global Illumination Quality. Also, change the reflections to medium, because when you have either Ultra or High, it automatically enables the Ray-Tracing.
You can go ahead and change your Display Mode in the game. Sometimes, the FPS starts dropping because you don’t have the fullscreen selected. Play with the Game Modes a bit and check which one suits you best.
Lower the in-game preset a bit as well. It might be that the game is fairly demanding and your system isn’t able to pull it off.
Verifying Game Files

Disable Antivirus and Firewall
We rarely notice it but the Antivirus and Firewall get in the way of seamless gameplay. So, to fix Lords of the Fallen Dropping FPS to 30 while Running or Spriting, you need to disable both the Antivirus and Firewall.
Close Background Applications
Finally, head over to the Task Manager on Windows and close all the unnecessary running apps. Close them all and restart your PC, again doing the same process. It allows your system to run the game at the optimal performance.
