Saturn has a second appearance of Ushi-Oni, as a spider and ox hybrid, that is said to bestow Illness Curse on others. There is a symbolic connection between Ginny, who was married to a Celestial and forced to wear a Blue Sapphire Ring. After that, she fell sick and didn’t recover ever since.

Shani is Saturn in the Hindu scriptures, referring to the Divine Personification of the Planet Saturn, and being among the 9 Heavenly Objects. It was also a culture that when Shani “Saturn” ruled over the Zodiac Sign, that person would have to wear Blue Sapphire inside the ring.
Saturn, on the other hand, is a Yonkai, a Ushi-Oni in One Piece, who can make people sick, with an illness. It was a curse of Saturn. In the methodologies, Ushi-Oni has the head of an Ox, aggressive forward horns, fangs, a tongue, and the body of a spider. It has that six long legs.
