Where to Find the IR Beacon?
You can find the IR Beacon on the furthest Northern Coast. This is the location you can find on the Map, known as the Water Treatment.
Putting IR Beacon on Tsuki Castle
Now that you have the Beacon with you, simply go back to the land of Water treatment. Use the boat to traverse the sea. After you are out of the boat, go to the route we mentioned below.
Get the Beacon from the Rock, make your way back to the Land, and go back to the Tsuki Castle. The beacon has to go on the outside of the castle and not the inside.
Now that you are in the area, you have to follow the route to the back of the castle. There is a zipline there that you can use to go up.
At the location we mentioned above, you just have to onwards and you will see the zipline right in front of you.
This is a dangerous area and you have to be careful. On the top of the Tsuki Castle, literally, everyone will see you there is going to be a ton of upcoming damage.
Plant the IR Beacon on the Roof of Ashika Castle in DMZ alongside the Flag. After some time, the mission will be totally completed.

Planting the IR Beacon on the Roof of Ashika Castle in the Look Out Faction Mission turns out to be a nightmare. But, there is an easy way after picking the beacon. Simply take the outside, corner region to the Tshuki Castle. At the back, you can find a zipline. Take that and reach the top of the parallel castle top. From there reach the main spot and place the beacon beside the flag.
