Get on the Cube and use the Box Infused Weapon under you to activate the Pressure Plate sending you onwards. You have to do this a total of two times, till you reach the 3rd one on your right.
Here, you need to place the Pressure Plate using your Ultrahand on the Angled Slope and put the Ball on that to throw it back. Do the same trick with yourself.
After reaching the other side, you have to open the path using the Ball. From the opened passage, take out the two Pressure Plate Cubes using Ultrahand and place them on the Pressure Plate Cube on your right.
Use that to first get to the treasure and then complete the Bouncy Device Shrine Puzzle by again jumping through the Pressure Plates.
