Phalanx Tier 2 Faction Glitch Explained!
So, the issue here is that when you open the faction, there are already some missions completed. There is nothing bad about that except that you didn’t get the reward, or the XP from those completed missions.
We all know that once a mission is completed the next one gets unlocked because of the XP and the rewards you get from that completion.
This is the reverse here and you are basically stuck. To complete the Tier 2 Phalanx Faction, you have to do the final mission. The game asks you to have 100 XP.
This 100 XP can’t be earned because the missions are already completed, as part of the Phalanx Tier 2 Faction Glitch.
How to Unlock Phalanx Tier 2 Faction in DMZ – Disarming Presence Faction Mission Not Unlocked!
In order to unlock the last missions of Phalanx tier 2 Faction in DMZ despite the glitch and the missions being completed, you can just earn the XP through some other means.
Just head over to the Upgrades Section of the game. From there, you can unlock Daily Missions. Find chemicals to unlock the Daily Missions for Phalanx Faction in DMZ.
Complete these missions to earn 100 XP and get the last mission – Disarming Presence Faction Mission, which isn’t unlocking basically because of the bug.

There has been a recent bug in DMZ that doesn’t let you complete the Phalanx Tier 2 Faction.
