From the Environment
Like any other Key in the game, you can get the Stage Bag Key from the environment. This means opening crates, looting bags, examining clothing, and more.
The key has a couple of known spawn locations. You can get it by opening the barista’s bag at the mall. Or you may find it upon opening a bag inside a house in the Cruise Terminal area.
