  • Update Router Firmware: Put in the credentials to get to the login page of the Router, and from there click on Software Update.
  • WiFi Speed and Distance: When you are far off or there are obstacles in your way, then the speed of WiFi decreases, resulting in the Xbox Series S/X WiFi Not Working. Switch from 5G to 2.4G to increase your WiFi range at the cost of connection strength. You can also do the reverse.
  • Change Xbox Series S/X DNS: Press the Xbox Button to bring in the options, and from there head to the General Tab. Select the Profile and System and from there to the Network Settings. In the advanced settings, you will find DNS, where you will have to use Manuel, and put in 8.8.8.8 as Primary, and 8.8.4.4 as Secondary. Save and exit.
  • Disconnect Peripherals: Sometimes the extra equipment connected to your Xbox Series S/X, results in WiFi not connecting to the console. Disconnect them before restarting and check out the WiFi.
  • Contact Xbox Support: In case nothing works, you might want to go ahead and explain everything to the Xbox Support Team.
